A domain and its subdomains count as a single site. The page view limit is a soft cap: you are alerted if you exceed it, but the banner keeps being served to your visitors. Features marked soon are announced and under development; they will be enabled without reinstalling anything.

Billing questions

What is a page view?
One load of the banner on a page of your site, comparable to the page views reported by your analytics tool. The quota applies per site, not to your account as a whole: on the Starter plan, three sites each have 50,000 page views per month, i.e. 150,000 in total.
Do subdomains count as separate sites?
No. shop.example.com is covered by example.com at no extra cost: a domain and its subdomains count as a single site.
What happens if I exceed my page view quota?
Your banner keeps being served to your visitors: consent collection is never interrupted, and neither is your compliance. You are simply alerted, and we invite you to move to the next plan if you exceed the quota repeatedly.
How do I subscribe to a paid plan?
Create your account, then choose your plan from the "Plan & billing" section of your dashboard: payment is made online, by credit card. The subscription is monthly or annual and renews automatically. The Enterprise plan is quoted individually.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes, without reinstalling the script. An upgrade takes effect immediately: only the price difference is charged, prorated over the remaining days. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Are prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes. The prices shown exclude VAT: the applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout, i.e. 20% for a customer established in France. You can enter your intra-EU VAT number at checkout; it then appears on your invoices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard, at any time and without writing to us. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then your account returns to the free plan: your banners stay online and your settings are kept.
Is the annual price a good deal?
Yes: the annual commitment is billed as 10 months instead of 12, i.e. 2 months free.
Do you offer a DPA (data processing agreement)?
A DPA and support with a service level agreement (SLA) are included in the Enterprise plan. Contact us for a quote.
