Data collected on this website
The consenteer.com website is a showcase site. It does not include account creation. No personal data is collected during a simple visit without consent.
Contact form
When you write to us via the contact form, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, website (optional), subject and message. It is used solely to reply to your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling the inquiries addressed to us. It is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request.
The form is protected against automated submissions by a proof-of-work mechanism hosted on our own servers, with no third-party service or cookie. To limit abuse, a counter of submissions per IP address is kept temporarily. The message is sent by email through our email delivery provider Brevo, which acts as a processor.
The server's technical logs (OVH hosting) may record connection data for security and maintenance purposes, in accordance with the host's policy.
A Consenteer account is created on my.consenteer.com, which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and trackers
This website does not set any cookies or trackers without your consent. Consent management is provided by the Consenteer solution itself. You can review or change your choices at any time using the “Manage my cookies” link in the footer or the persistent re-access badge.
The website uses Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement, integrated through Google Consent Mode v2: until you have given your consent, no measurement cookie is set and no identifier is associated with your browsing. The website's fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domains, with no other third-party resources.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise them, contact us at the address indicated above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) (www.cnil.fr).
